Privacy policy

The house's position is simple : this website collects nothing it does not need to collect — which today means nothing at all on the server side.

No third-party cookies, no trackers

This website sets no third-party cookies, uses no audience-measurement tools and embeds no advertising trackers. No visitor profile is built.

Preferences stored on your device

Two display preferences are saved in your browser's localStorage, on your device only :

• bbi-theme — light or dark theme ;
• bbi-lang — chosen language (FR, EN, ES).

These entries serve reading comfort only ; they never leave your browser and allow no tracking. As such, they are exempt from prior consent — we mention them for the sake of transparency. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

Contact form

The form on the Contact page is a simple mailto : it prepares an email in your own email client. The information entered (name or company, email, profile, message) travels from your address to contact@brothersbusinessintelligence.com — nothing is transmitted or stored by the website itself. The emails received are used to answer your request and kept for the duration of the commercial or pre-contractual relationship.

Fonts

The website's fonts (Space Grotesk, Inter, JetBrains Mono) are loaded from Google Fonts. This loading involves a network request to Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), which then receives your IP address as with any web request. See Google's privacy policy for the processing carried out on its side.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you (in practice : the emails you have sent us), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
